The auction sale will be conducted online through the e-auction portal www.baanknet.com. Bidders must register on the portal and transfer the EMD amount to their e-Wallet. The EMD must be linked with the property before the bidding starts. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the same day or the next working day, with the remaining amount due within 15 days. The properties are sold on an ''AS IS WHERE IS BASIS''. |
